摘  要:将累托石与壳聚糖混合制得一种复合吸附剂。研究了累托石-壳聚糖吸附剂制备的条件和利用该复合吸附剂对含镍水溶液进行吸附。研究结果表明:当壳聚糖与累托石的比为0.06,壳聚糖脱乙酰度为90%时,制成的吸附剂吸附效率高。在pH值6-8,吸附时间为30min,吸附剂用量为5.0g/L时,Ni^2+的吸附率达99%以上,处理后的水符合国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)中的一级标准。此外还对该复合吸附剂结构进行了表征。A kind of absorbent was made from the combination of rectorite and chitosan. The preparation condition of the composite material of rectorite/chitosan and the treatment of Ni^2+ smelter water with the composite were studied. The experimental results showed that under the conditions the ratio of the chitosan and rectorite was 0.06, and the deacetylation degree of chitosan was 90%, the adsorption effect of the composite adsorbent was best. The rate of Ni^2+ adsorption was up to 99%, when pH was 7, the adsorption time was 30min and the dosage of adsorbent was 5.0g/L. The treated effluent met the first-class standard of National Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996). And the chemical structure of composite adsorbent was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Scanning electron microscrope(SED).
