益智聪慧针刺法治疗精神发育迟滞儿童37例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益智聪慧针刺法对精神发育迟滞(MR)儿童智商的影响,并评价其疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的100例MR患儿,随机分为针刺组和对照组各50例,其中资料完整者针刺组37例、对照组36例。两组均治疗4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后比较其综合疗效,评价对MR患儿智商(IQ)发育的影响。结果针刺组总有效率为78.4%,优于对照组的30.56%,两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组均能提高患儿的IQ水平,且针刺组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益智聪慧针刺法可以明显提高MR患儿的智商,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Benefit-Intelligence-Acupuncture Therapy （BIAT） on children suffering from mental retardation （MR）. Methods The 100 patients were randomized into acupuncture group and control group, 50 in each. The acupuncture group, in which the data of 37 patients was complete, was treated by BRAT, and the control group, in which the data of 36 patients was complete, treated by medicine. Both groups were treated for 3 treatment courses, 4 weeksas one course. The comprehensive therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared to evaluate the influence of acupuncture on intelligence quotient （IQ） of MR patients. Results The total effective rate of acupuncture group amounts to 78.4%, better than 30.56% of the control group（P〈0.01 ）. IQ of two groups was improved but the acupuncture group was better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion BIAT can improve IQ of MR children with good clinical effect.
