摘  要:目的观察生理性肾虚过程中尿液代谢物的特征性变化,以及补肾中药淫羊藿总黄酮(EF)的干预作用。方法收集4、10、18、24月龄组和EF干预组SD大鼠的尿液进行1H核磁共振检测,分别采用T2检验和趋势过滤法筛选生理性肾虚证的特征性代谢物,同时观察EF对这些代谢物的影响。结果筛选了34个与生理性肾虚证密切相关的谱峰,并鉴定了13个代谢物;发现生理性肾虚进程中存在明显的代谢差异,EF能明显地改变生理性肾虚进程中的代谢物轨迹。结论生理性肾虚证是和多个代谢途径相关,补肾可能改善了部分代谢途径,代谢组学技术为生理性肾虚证的研究提供了新的手段和方法。Objective To observe the specific changes of urine metabolite in the process of physiological kidney deficiency and the effect of flavone of Herba Epimedii (EF) which functions to reinforce the kidney. Methods The urine of SD rats of 4, 10, 18, 24 months old rats with EF interventionwere collected. The urine was examined by ^1H nuclear magnetic resonance and the specific metabolite of physiological kidney deficiency syndrome was selected by T2 test and tendency filtration method. At the same time, the effect of EF on the metabolite was observed. Results The 34 spectrum peeks related to physiological kidney deficiency syndrome were selected and 13 metabolites were determined, finding that the significant difference of metabolism existed in the process of physiological kidney deficiency and EF could change the orbit of metabolites. Conclusion The physiological kidney deficiency syndrome is related with multiple metabolic ways, reinforcing the kidney may improve some of these metabolic ways. The metabonomic technique provides a new way for studying the physiological kidney deficiency syndrome.
