清热化湿益气活血方对小鼠幽门螺杆菌感染的清除作用及对胃黏膜炎症的影响  

Clearing Effect of Qingre Huashi Yiqi Huoxue Formulae on H.pylori and Its Influence on Gastric Mucosa Inflammation

摘　　要：目的探讨清热化湿益气活血方对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃病的作用机制。方法70只C57BL/6小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组、西药三联组、中西药联用组,每组各10只,采用氨苄青霉素联合Hp灌胃的方法制作Hp感染小鼠模型。造模后4周各组分别给予对应处理,2周后观察小鼠胃黏膜Hp定植情况、胃黏膜大体形态、病理改变。结果中药高剂量组、中剂量组、中西药联用组对Hp有较好的清除作用(P<0.05),与西药三联组比较疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药高剂量组、中剂量组、西药三联组、中西药联用组病理改善明显(P<0.05),尤以高剂量组显著。结论清热化湿益气活血方对小鼠Hp感染有较好的清除作用,对胃黏膜炎症亦有明显改善作用。Objective To study the mechanism of Qingre Huashi Yiqi Huoxue Formulae （Formulae for clearing heat, dissolving damp, reinforcing qi and activating blood） for H. pylori associated gastric diseases. Methods The 70 C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 in each： normal group, model group, Chinese medicine high, medium and low dosage groups, western medicine group, and the combination of Chinese and western medicine group. Ampicillin combined with H. pylori gavage was adopted to produce H. pylori infected models. Four weeks later, all the groups were given correspondent treatment. The morphological and pathological changes of the gastric mucosa and the colonization of H. pylori in the gastric mucosa were observed after 2 weeks. Results The Chinese medicine high and medium dosage groups and the combination of Chinese and western medicine group had a better effect in clearing H. pylori （P〈0.05）, compared with＇the western medicine group, there was no significant difference in result （P〉0.05）. The Chinese medicine high and medium dosage groups, western medicine group, and the combination of Chinese and western medicine group had a significant morphological changes （P〈0.05）, the improvement in the Chinese medicine high dosage group was especially obvious. Conclusion Qingre Huashi Yiqi Huoxue Formulae are effective in clearing H. pylori and can relieve inflammation of gastric mucosa significantly.
