摘　　要：Internet上的各部门、各行业的HomePage不仅是其形象的体现，更是其与外界交流的重要窗口。要制作优秀的HomePage，就须遵循一定的规则。文中将阐明HomePage的设计规则及其实现手段。WWW HomePage is very important to every department for it not only reflects the department's image but also is vital window for the department to communicate with other departments.We should follow some regulations to make excellent HomePage.This Paper explains the regulations to design HomePage and the manners to make HomePage.
