摘 要:目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时快速检测果蔬食品和土壤中毒鼠强、氟乙酰胺和8种氨基甲酸酯类农药、2种有机磷农药的多残留分析方法。方法:利用乙腈提取,Florisil固相萃取净化技术,采用DB-17石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×0.50μm),NPD检测器气相色谱法测定。结果:12种农药分离效果良好,线性关系好,在青菜、苹果和土壤中的添加平均回收率为77.5%-111.2%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.57%-13.8%,方法最低检出限0.006-0.15 mg/kg。结论:本研究建立的方法简便、快速、经济,具有良好的灵敏度、精密度和准确度,可以满足果蔬食品和土壤中多组分毒物快速检测和突发公共卫生事件应急处理的要求。Objective :To set up a rapid determination for 12 pesticide multi -residues and raticides (Tetramine, Fluoroacet- amide and 8 Carbamates, 2 Organophosphate insecticides ) in vegetables, fruits and soil samples by capillary gas chromatography. Methods:The pesticide residues in the samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then the extracts concentrated with steam of nitrogen and cleaned up by Florisil solid phase extraction column. Extracts were separated by DB - 17 ( 30 m ×0. 53 mm × 0. 50 μm) capillary column and detected by nitrogen -phosphorus detector (NPD)with GC. Results:The 12 pesticide multi -residues and raticides were separated from each other. The average recoveries were 77. 5% - 111.2% in green vegetables, apples, and soil samples. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2. 57% - 13.8%, the range of minimum detection limits was 0. 006 -0. 15 mg/kg. Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,and economical as well as of high sensitivity,accuracy and precision. So it is suitable for the determination of pesticide multi - residues in vegetables, fruits and soil samples and treatment in public health emergency.
