摘 要:目的:了解清洁级SD大鼠血液学、血液生化学正常参考值,确定本实验室正常参考值范围,为毒理学评价提供参考。方法:4周龄SD大鼠200只,雌雄各半,正常饲养,记录每日食物摄入量,8-9周时称量体重,计算食物利用率并对其血液学和血液生化学指标进行测定,计算各指标的变异度、95%的可信区间,对血液生化指标与食物利用率作相关性分析。结果:检测显示白细胞、尿素氮、肌酐、总蛋白、甘油三酯及血红蛋白、红细胞、谷丙转氨酶、血糖、白蛋白等指标雌雄大鼠之间的差别有统计学意义(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。雌雄大鼠血液生化指标的变异系数分别为9.05%-26.65%和8.95%-24.32%。食物利用率与谷草转氨酶呈负相关、与血糖和甘油三酯呈正相关。结论:该正常参考值在毒理学评价工作中具有实际应用价值,并将为今后制定国家标准提供参考。Objective: To study the normal reference value of hematological and biochemical index of clean SD rat for animal experiment in our laboratory. Methods: SD rats of 4 - 8 weeks old ( male 100 and female 100) were weighted in the 8th week. The of hematological and biochemical indexes were measured. The food utilization rate and coefficiant variation(CV) and so on were calculated. The correlation coefficient between biochemical indexes and food utilization rate were analyzed. Results: The differences of WBC,BUN,Cr,TP,TG, HGB, RBC, ALT, Glu, Alb level between male and female in rats were significant ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈0.05). The CV of biochemical indexes were 9.05% -26.65% and 8.95% -24. 32%. The food utilization rate and AST showed negative correlation tendency, the food utilization rate and Glu or TG showed positive correlation tendency. Conclusion: The normal reference value is valuable in practice and supplies the reference for establishing the country standard.
