摘　　要：目的：研究口服液中环磷酸腺苷的测定方法。方法：将口服液用水稀释,恒温后高效液相色谱法测定。结果：环磷酸腺苷在6-96μg/ml范围内具有线性关系,r=0.9998,RSD为2.65%（n=6）,加标回收率91.7%-103.3%。结论：方法简单,结果可靠。可用于口服液中环磷酸腺苷的测定。Objective：To develop a measurement method of cAMP in oral liquid. Methods：Dilute the oral liquid by water, then measure it by high performance liquid chromatography. Results： cAMP has linear relationship within the range of 6 - 96 μg/ml, r = 0. 9998, RSD = 2.65 % （ n = 6 ）, recovery rate 91.7 % - 103.3 %. Conclusion： The simple method can get reliable results. It can be used for measurement of cAMP in oral liquid.
