摘  要:目的:采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定全血中的铅。方法:全血样品经10%硝酸酸化,以塞曼效应扣背景,用石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定。结果:标准曲线在0.0027-350μg/L范围内线性良好,线性方程为Y=0.00082X+0.0019,相关系数r=0.9991,方法的检出限为0.0027μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈5%,质控样品检测结果满意。结论:该方法快速、简便,准确度高,重复性好,符合卫生部《血铅临床检验技术规范》要求。Objective: To measure the content of whole blood lead (PbB) by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods:The whole blood sample was acidified by 10% nitric acid, and measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer with zeeman effect background adjustment technology. Results : The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 0027 -350μg/L The linear regression eqution : Y = 0. 00082X + 0. 0019, correlation coefficient r = 0. 9991. The determination limit of the method for PbB was 0. 0027 μg/L, RSD 〈5%, the measurement result of the control sample was satisfactory. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and good repeatable.
