摘 要:目的:了解食品、公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况。方法:收集2005-2007年在吉林省疾病预防控制中心体检科进行健康体检的食品、公共场所从业人员的体检资料,进行统计分析。用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对血清乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)进行检测。结果:3年共体检食品、公共场所从业人员42254人,HBsAg阳性率为2.02%;2005年为2.45%,2006年为2.03%,2007年为1.59%;男性为2.48%,女性为1.87%;不同职业之间食品卫生行业从业人员阳性率为1.33%,公共场所从业人员阳性率为2.39%。结论:食品、公共场所从业人员的HBsAg阳性率逐年下降,但也不容忽视。Objective: To understand the status of HBsAg infection in food practitioners and workers from public places. Methods: Collected in Jilin Province ,2005 -2007 Center for Disease Prevention and Control Section conducted physical examination for food practitioners and workers from public places information for statistical analysis. By enzyme linked immunosor- bent assay (ELISA) HBsAg was tested. Results:A total of 42254 persons were examined in food practitioners and workers from public places for three years,The positive rate of HBsAg was 2. 02% ;in 2005 to 2.45% ,in 2006 to 2. 03% ,in 2007 to 1.59% ; 2.48% in male and 1.87% in famale;compared with other practitioners ,the positive rate was 1.33% in food practitioners, 2. 39% in works from public places. Conclusion:Although the positive rate of HBsAg in food practitioners and workers from public places decreased year after year, it can not be ignored.
