摘　　要：目的:评估我国永年县农村地区的血脂水平及血脂异常患病率。方法:2006～2007年完成了永年县30岁以上人群的横断面调查,并计算该人群血脂的标准化均数及标准化患病率。结果:(1)该人群血清TC,TG,LDL和HDL的标准化均数分别是4.48mmol/L、1.51mmol/L、2.61mmol/L、1.27mmol/L。(2)按照2007年中国成人血脂异常防治指南的划分标准,该地区人群血脂异常和边缘异常及异常标化患病率分别是31.2%和48.5%。结论:虽然该地区TC、TG、LDL和HDL标准化均数在合适范围内,但是"血脂边缘异常"及"血脂异常"患病率较高。Objective： To evaluate the lipid profile and the prevalence of dyalipidemia m Yongnian rural communities of Hebei. Methods： A cross-sectional survey was conducted in Yongnian County during October 2006 and October 2007,Standard epidemioiogy questionnaire, physical check-ups and serum lipids data were analyzed. Results： After standardization to Chinese census statistics of 2000, age- and sex- standardized means of total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C and Were4 , 1.51mmol/L 2.61mmol/L,1.27mmol/L, respectively. The age- and sex- standardized prevalence of dyslipidemia was 31.2 % and the prevalence for borderline dyslipidemia was 48.5%. Conelusion： Although the adjusted mean of TC. TG. LDL and HDL were in proper range, but the standardized prevalence of dislipidemia was high in Yongnian rural communities of Hebei.
