摘  要:进行了不同压力、气氛及升温速率下的热重试验,研究干法Na2CO3/NaHCO3循环脱除CO2技术吸收剂的预处理和再生过程中NaHCO3的分解特性.通过NaHCO3热解失重率(TG)和失重速率(DTG)曲线,获得相关热解特性参数,研究了CO2含量、升温速率和压力对NaHCO3分解的影响.结果表明:改变反应气氛的试验以Na2CO3晶体的形成与长大为控制步骤,遵循随机成核随后生长机理;改变升温速率的试验以化学反应为控制步骤,遵循一级反应模型;加压试验以扩散过程为控制步骤,遵循三维扩散机理.给出了相应的反应机理函数.Decomposition of NaHCO3 in the process of sorbent pretreatment and sorbent regeneration was studied by the thermogravimetric analysis under different gas streams, heating rates and pressures. The characteristics of NaHCO3 decomposition were obtained, and then the effects of CO2 content, heating rates and pressures were studied by analyzing TG and DTG curves. The reaction mechanism was discussed and it is pointed out that the nuclei production and nuclei growth model was followed by the tests with different gas streams. The first order reaction model was followed by the tests with different heating rates, and the molecule diffusing model was followed by the tests with different pressures. The formulas of the kinetic model were also given.
