摘 要:在Therm ax500型加压热重分析仪上进行了天然焦-H2O气化反应试验,分析了常压下气化温度、水流量、氧气分压、反应气氛和灰分等因素的影响.结果表明,气化温度升高,天然焦-H2O气化反应明显加快;随着水流量加大,碳转化率有所增大,但水流量达到0.07 mL/m in后,碳转化率不再随水流量的进一步增加而变化;在气化剂中加入少量纯氧能有效促进气化反应;天然焦-H2O的气化速率明显大于天然焦-CO2的气化速率;天然焦脱灰后碳转化率略有降低.The experiments on natural coke-H2O gasification reaction were carried out on a Thermax500 pressurized thermogravimetric (TG) analyzer. Under atmospheric pressure, the influences of several factors, such as temperature, water flow rate, O2 partial pressure, reaction atmosphere and ash content, on natural coke-H2O gasification reaction were analyzed. The results indicate that with the rise of temperature, the natural coke-H2O gasification reaction accelerates obviously; the carbon conversion rate climbs as water flow rate increases, but when water flow rate reaches 0.07 mL/min, the carbon conversion rate will stop changing further with water flow rate; adding a small amount of O2 to the reaction gas will speed gasification reaction effectively; the gasification rate of natural coke-H2O is greater than that of natural coke-CO2; the carbon conversion rate declines slightly when the natural coke is demineralized.
