摘　　要：目的:对我院住院手术病人围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况调查并分析其合理性,促进及为制订我院抗菌药物合理应用方案、加强抗菌药物应用管理、促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法:调查住院手术病人抗菌药物使用情况,即外科手术中预防性应用抗菌药的情况(包括用药品种、用药频度、给药途径、用药时机、用药档次、用药时间、联用情况),并评价其合理性。结果:住院手术病人预防性应用抗菌药为93.3%,联用率为77.1%,围手术期抗菌药物使用不尽规范。结论:住院手术病例预防性使用抗菌药物的比例较高,抗菌药物的合理性应用水平有待进一步提高。Objective： To investigate the use of antibiotic the application situation in surgical operation patient during perioperative period, at the same time analyze the rationality of the use of antibiotic, in order to provide the basis for the formulation of rational use of antibiotic, emphasis lbe management of antibiotic, promotion of rationally clinical use of antibiotic.Methods： investigate the application situation in surgical operation patient, namely preventive use of the antibiotics in the surgical operation （including medication variety, medication frequency, administration route and associating, medication opportunity, Methods： scale, medication time, association situation et. ）. Results： In the situation of preventive use in surgery patient, the application ratio is 93.3 %, the association rate is 77.1% , In perioperative period, the use of antibiotics is not of specification. Conclusions： The application ratio of antibiotics used preventively in surgery patient is high. The level of reasonable use of antibiotics is expected further enhance.
