运脾温阳方及其拆方对脾虚大鼠胃肠激素干预的研究

摘　　要：目的:讨论运脾温阳颗粒及其拆方对大黄致脾虚大鼠胃肠激素干预的研究。方法:测定100%大黄煎液造成的脾虚泄泻大鼠血清淀粉酶、分泌型IgA,小肠二糖酶、前列腺素E_2的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清淀粉酶、分泌型IgA,小肠二糖酶明显减少,前列腺素E_2明显增加;运脾温阳方及其拆方能提高大黄致脾虚大鼠血清淀粉酶、分泌型IgA含量,增加小肠二糖酶,降低前列腺素E_2。结论:运脾温阳方及其拆方对脾虚大鼠胃肠激素有明显的调节作用,且全方组均优于各拆方组。Objective： To discuss the study of gut hormone intervention in splenic asthenia rats with the total and tmsealed prescripnon of activate spleen-energy and warming yang.Method： Give rats 100% Rhei Decoction to result in the model of splenasthenic diarrhea and then survey and evaluate the content serum amylase, secreting type lgA, small-intestinal disaceharidases and prostaglandin E2 Result： To compare with normal group, model group,s serum amylase, secreting type IgA and small-intestinal disaccharidases grow downwards obviously, prostaglandin E2 increase obviously. The total and unscaled prescription of activate spleen-energy and warming yang can increase serum amylase, secreting type IgA and small-intestinal disaccharidases and cut down the contents of prostaglandin E2in the model rats of splenasthenic diarrhea.Conclusion： The total and unsealed prcscription of activate spleen-energy and warming yang can regulate gut hormone in splenic asthcnia rats obviously. The effect of the total prescription have an advantage with the tmsealed prescription.
