泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体培养和药敏分析

摘　　要：目的:了解本地区泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体感染和抗生素药敏试验的情况。方法:采用珠海丽珠试剂有限公司生产的解脲支原体和人型支原体培养鉴定药敏试剂盒。结果:142例标本中培养到支原体77例,阳性率为54.2%,其中解脲支原体70株,阳性率为49.3%,人型支原体阳性率为4.9%。解脲支原体对抗菌药物的耐药率依次为强力霉素(1.45%)、美满霉素(2.85%)、克拉霉素(10.0%)、交沙霉素(14.3%)、阿奇霉素(18.6%)、司帕沙星(38.6%)、左旋氧氟沙星(40.0%)、罗红霉素(41.4%)、氧氟沙星(58.6%)。结论:本地区解脲支原体检出率高达49.3%,应引起临床重视。解脲支原体对强力霉素和美满霉素最敏感,对氧氟沙星和罗红霉素耐药率较高。Objective： To investigate the infectivity and antibiotic susceptible testing of mycoplasma in home, area. Methods： The reagent bOX made in Zhuhailizhu was used to detect Ureapiasma urealyticum（Uu） and Mycoplasma homimis（Mh） and their drug resistance. Results： Among 142 cases of non-gorioccocal ureathritis, 77 cases of these were positive, the poattive rate was 54,2%. Among them, 49.3% were infected by Uu, 4：9% were infected by Mh. Uu to antibiotics was 1.45%（DOX）, 2.85%（MIN）, 10.0 %（CLA）, 14.3%（JOS）, 18.6%（AZ1）, 38.6%（SPA）, 40.0%（LEV）, 41.4%（ROX）, 58.6%（OFL）. Conclusions： In our district, the detectable rates of Uu was higher about 49.3 %, which should be paid high clinical attention. The susceptbiliy rate of Uu to DOX and MIN were the highest, to OFL and ROX were Lowest.
