摘  要:目的:探讨天仙子总生物碱含量测定方法。方法:应用酸性染料比色法测定天仙子及其炮制品总生物碱含量。结果:硫酸阿托品在2.208μg·ml~13.248μg·(ml)^(-1)范围内星线性关系.加样回收率为98.41%,RSD为0.96%(n=5)。测得天仙子总生物碱含量生品为0.290mg·g^(-1),清炒品为0.242mg·g^(-1),醋炒品为0.420mg·g^(-1),醋煮品为0.548mg·g^(-1).炮制品中总生物碱含量以醋煮法最高。结论:本含量测定方法操作简单,灵敏度高,准确度好,重现性好。该实验为天仙子及其炮制品生物碱含量测定提供科学依据。Objective: to determine the content of total alkaloids of in seeds of Hyoscyamus niger L. and their processed samples. Methods: Acid dye cotorimetry was used for the determination, Results: with atropine sulfateline 2.208-13.248ug·ml^-1 in the linear range, the average recovery was 98.41%, RSD = 0.96% (n=5). The total alkaloid content of the raw seeds was 0.290mg·g^-1, the stir-fried seeds 0.242mg·g^-1, the stir-fried with vinegar 0.420mg·g^-1, the boiled with vinegar 0.548mg·g^-1, among which the seeds boiled with vinegar possessed the highest content of total alkaloids: Conclusion: This method is simple, highly sensitive and reproducible. The experiment provides with a scientific basis for the determination of alkaloid content in raw and processed seeds of Hyoscyamus niger L.
