摘　　要：目的:对坤乐泡腾片进行质量控制研究。方法:采用薄层色谱对蛇床子和苦参进行定性,采用酸碱滴定法测定苦参总碱的含量,采用高效液相色谱法测蛇床子素的含量,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂:以甲醇-水(75:25)为流动性;流速1ml/min,检测波长为322nm,温度25℃。理论塔板数按蛇床子素峰机算应不低于3000。结果:苦参总碱的含量为5%。蛇床子素含量为1.58%,在0.52μg～3.12μg范围内呈线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.02%,RSD=2.64。结论:本法操作简单,结果准确,重复性好,可用于蛇床子和苦参泡腾片的质量检测。Objective： To control the quality of Kunle Effervescent Tablet. Methods ：Using thin-layer chromatography of osthol and Kushen qualitative,Using acid-base titration Kushen alkaloids content, A chromatography method for the separation and determination Of Osthole in the preparation was established, chromatography conditions： C 1 8 column with methanol-water （75：25） as the mobile phase at 1.0 ml / rain flow rate, detection wavelength at 322 nm. Results： The average recovery was99.02%, with RSD=3.06%. Conclusions： The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with a good reoroducibility.
