摘  要:以湖北大冶某重质碳酸钙(GCC)为原料,采用湿法行星磨超细加工工艺,研究了磨矿浓度、分散剂用量、磨矿时间及磨矿介质配比等对磨矿粒度的影响;在最优工艺条件下,可获得d90<2.5μm、-2μm含量>85%的超细方解石粉体;SEM形貌观察多为片状,表面平整,颗粒均匀。Superfine Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC) was prepared from the GCC crude ore of Daye of Hubei province by planetary mill. The influential factors on slurry concentration, addition amount of dispersants, grinding time and proportion of grinding media was studied. Under the optimal technique process, the superfine calcium carbonate was gotten with maximum particle size is less than 2.5μm and the contain of the particle size which was less than 2μm is more than 85%. By means of SEM, we can see that appearance of the particle is schistose texture, fiat and particle uniform.
