摘 要:为对直流线路绝缘子人工污秽试验方法导则的制定和高海拔地区直流线路外绝缘设计提供参考,在1970m实际为试品,在人工雾室中对其不同人工污秽试验方法进行对比高海拔条件下,分别以大吨位钟罩型瓷绝缘子和复合绝缘子研究。试验结果表明不同试验方法下的直流闪络电压有一定的差异:瓷和复合绝缘子浸污法试验结果稍低于定量涂刷法(小于5%);瓷和复合绝缘子的升压法试验中,在1.5~3.6kV/s范围内,升压速度对试验结果影响不大(4%之内);但升压法试验结果明显高于恒压升降法,并随着盐密的增大两者的差值逐渐增加。At present, some different artificial pollution experimental method have been recommended to investigate the flashover performance in IEC document and correlative standards, however, there is no any research about the difference among their results. In order to provide a reference for drafting the guide of artificial pollution experimental methods for dc insulators and for designing outdoor insulation of dc transmission lines, this paper compared the flashover characteristics of 300kN Bell-type porcelain insulators and composite insulator under different artificial experimental methods in natural high altitude areas (1970 m). Experimental results indicated that the flashover voltage for porcelain and composite insulator with Immerging- Solution-Method was lower than that with Brush-Method for less than 5%. The voltage rise rate has no obvious effect on experimental results for porcelain insulator and composite insulator within 1.5-3.6kV/s. Test results with rise-voltage method are much higher than that with up-and-down method and the difference becomes larger with the increase of equivalent salt deposit density.
