摘  要:介绍了华东电网故障电流限制器示范工程的主电路结构、限流电抗器快速接入及串联电容器过电压控制保护措施和策略。用PSCAD仿真软件建立了华东500kV电网故障电流限制器的等值系统。在该等值系统上对基于线路电流斜率的故障信号快速识别方法进行了研究,详细讨论了线路电流斜率和线路电流瞬时值在时间上的各种配合方式,给出了最佳的配合方式和相应的时间整定值。The main circuit topology of the fault current limiter demonstration project in East China power grid was introduced, together with measures and strategies of the current-limit- reactor fast insertion and the over-voltage control and protection upon the series capacitors. Then, the equivalent system of the fault current limiter demonstration project in East China 500kV power grid was established using PSCAD, with which, an approach to fast identify fault signal based on the slope of line current, and the coordination between the slope value and the instantaneous value of line current were studied in details by the aid of PSCAD simulation results. The optimal coordination and corresponding time setting value were given.
