摘 要:以耐低钾的玉米自交系90-21-3、91-2和不耐低钾玉米自交系丹937、农大40为试验材料进行盆栽试验,研究低钾胁迫对不同耐性玉米自交系苗期根系形态和钾效率的影响。结果表明:低钾条件下,90-21-3和91-2的根较长,根表面积、根体积、干物质量大,植株的钾含量高;90-21-3、91-2的钾吸收效率显著高于丹937、农大40,而钾利用效率差异不显著。相对于不耐低钾自交系丹937和农大40,耐低钾自交系90-21-3和91-2对缺钾的耐性主要表现在低钾条件下,根系具有较强的钾吸收能力。Difference in effects of potassium deficiency on root morphological characters maize inberd lines 90-21-3,91-2 ( tolerance to low potassium) and Dan 937, Nongda40 and potassium efficiency in (sensitive to low potassiurn) were studied in pot experiments. Under K deficiency, the root length, root surface area, root volume and dry weight in 90-21-3 and 91-2 were superior to those of Dan 937 and Nongda 40. The potassium contents of plants were greater in 90-21-3 and 91-2 than in Dan 937 and Nongda 40. There were significant differences in efficiency of potassium uptake between the maize inberd lines of tolerance to low potassium and the maize inberd lines of sensitive to low potassium, but insignificant differences in potassium utilization efficiency. The high potassium efficiency of 90-21-3 and 91-2 might be attributed to their stronger ability to absorb potassium.
