摘　　要：针对在辽西地区留有玉米根茬垄作地进行免耕播种时破茬装置入土困难、易带土和杂物以及开沟器容易缠草堵塞的问题,设计了一种新型破茬防堵装置。该装置起到切断根茬杂草和清理开沟器前杂物的作用,并使杂物最大限度地不脱离地表。为此,确定了防堵装置的主要部件—倾斜波纹的圆盘刀和弹性压杂装置,并且进行了田间试验。When seeding in West of Liaoning processes, the disc couler of the no - tillage planer ofen penetrates into soil difficultly and hangs the soil and debris easily, and the furrow tends to be blocked with debris. In order to solve these problems a new type of cutting - residues and anti - blocking device is designed. The set of device has a good ability to penetrate into soil and cut corn rootstalk, it can also sweep the debris which wrapping the rurrow and keep them on the ground. The main parts -disc coulter with oblique ripple and hard spring is confirmed, and the field tests is made.
