摘 要:针对超级稻超稀植栽培对育秧播种要求严格的特点,设计了气吸式超级稻毯状苗盘育秧播种流水线。通过吸种板整盘吸种和弹性浮动导种栅格导向对靶投种组合,解决了超级稻育秧播种量小、种子在秧盘上的均匀分布及落种准确定位的问题,为插秧机的精量取秧创造了条件。Aim at the ultra - thin planting characteristic of rigorous requisition which was brought up by raising rice seedlings for super - rice, designed a seeding pipeline of suction blanket - type raise rice seedling for super - rice. By combining with full disk suction seed used by suction blank and guiding target seed charge used by elasticity float guiding grid, solved the problems that the rate of seeding was little, the seeds was uniform distribution on seedling field and the dropping seed position was accurate, which was created a qualification for precision taking paddy shoot of seedling planting machine.
