摘  要:去土装置是花生联合收获机中非常重要的组成部分,其性能直接影响到后续摘果装置的工作效果。针对挖拔组合式花生联合收获机设计了3种去土装置,即正向上下摆拍式去土装置、反向上下摆拍式去土装置和横向摆拍式去土装置。通过对比试验,根据去土率和机械掉果率等试验,表明了正向上下摆拍式去土装置为最佳的去土机构。Removing -soil Device is a very important component of the peanut combine harvester, which directly affects the performance of the follow -up peanut stripping devices work. Three removing- soil devices have been designed for the digging and puliing peanut combine harvester- forward removing -soil device by swaying up and down, reverse removing -soil device by swaying up and down and transverse removing -soil device by swaying in landscape orientation. It has proved that forward removing - soil device by swaying up and down is optimal removing - soil device according to the removing - soil rate, peanut' s falling rate by machine, and other test results by contrast tests.
