摘  要:介绍了自行研制的新型固定床生物质气化炉,能使还原反应后的气体再次穿过氧化区和木炭层,以减少焦油含量和飞灰。同时,副产优质的木炭具有较高的能量转化率,可用于联合内燃机发电和活性炭制备工艺。在基于质量平衡和火用平衡的基础上对气化炉进行了火用分析,找出了炉子的薄弱环节,讨论了改造方案。最后,根据5个工况的试验数据分析了气化过程中空气当量比对气体成分、气体热值、气化效率以及能量转化效率的影响,找到了最佳运行工况。The novel fixed bed biomass gasifier, which was manufactured by ourselves, was introduced in this paper. The gas from the reduction flowed through the oxidation zone to reduce content of tar and fly ash. Also, the high quality charcoal was produced as byproduct by it, which had a higher energy conversion efficiency. This gasifier could be used for generating power by SI engine and the activated carbon manufacture. Based on material balance and exergy of the gasifier, the exergy was analyzed, the weakness was pointed out, the project of modification was discussed. By the experimental results of the five experimental case, the effect of ER on gas content, gas heating value, gasification efficiency and energy conversion efficiency was analyzed. The best operating condition was found.
