摘　　要：目的:探讨骶管内蛛网膜囊肿的诊断及治疗。方法:对经CT或MRI确诊并有明确临床症状的11倒骶管蛛网膜囊肿进行手治疗,观察手术疗效。结果:11例患者术后症状大部分消失,仅2例遗留部分感觉障碍,随访1～3年无复发。结论:及时的外科手干预可有效的缓解或消除临床症状,减少神经根或脊髓的永久性损害。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of symptomatic sacral canal Arachnoid cyst. Methods： Using the operation treatment and observing the operative effect on 11 patients with sacral canal Arachnoid cyst. All the cases were confirmed diagnosis by CT or MRI and with clear clinical symptoms. Results ： Most of the symptoms were disappeared after operation in 1 1 patients and only 2 eases left over part of sensory disturbance. There were no recurrence with 1 to 3 years＇ follow-up. Conclusions： Surgical intervention in time can effectively release or eliminate the clinical symptoms and decrease the permanent lesion of nerve root or spinal marrow.
