摘　　要：本文综述了国内外抗震节能房屋的发展现状,重点介绍了适合我国国情的抗震节能经济型板-柱-轻钢结构体系房屋,并对该体系房屋的构造、特点进行了系统介绍,以期推进我国房屋建设向抗震节能的方向发展。In this paper, Development status of aseismatic and energy-saving new buildings are separately summarized at home and abroad, and we introduce aseismatic and energy-saving plank-colunmar organization-lightweight steel construction new building mainly, which suits to our country national conditions, and structure and characteristic of plank- colurmlar organization-lightweight steel construction building are introduced by the numbers., in hope of promoting development of building to aseismadc and energy-saving direction.
