摘  要:以催化裂化油浆富芳烃馏分(FCCDF)为原料、三聚甲醛为交联剂,在对甲基苯磺酸催化作用下合成了沥青树脂,讨论了沥青树脂基炭纤维在浓硫酸中的固化机理。通过IR谱图分析可知,固化后的炭纤维与原丝比较,羟基和羰基含量增加,羧基含量增加最明显。并根据实验结果推出了沥青树脂基炭纤维在浓硫酸中的固化机理。Adopts aromatics rich FCC oil slurry as raw material, and trioxymethylene as cross - linking agent, synthesizs into pitch resin under the catalysis of para - methyl sulfonic acid. This paper discusses curing mechanism of pitch resin based carbon fiber in concentrated benzene sulfuric acid. Infrared spectral analysis shows that carbon fiber after curing contains more hydroxyl and carbonyl groups comparing to the protofilament, and the content of carboxyl is increased more evidently. The curing mechanism of pitch resin based carbon fiber in concentrated sulfuricacid was deduced according to experiment results.
