鸟氨酸氨基甲酰转移酶在肾脏疾病中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨鸟氨酸氨基甲酰转移酶(Ornithine carbamoyltransferase,OCT)在肾脏疾病的诊断价值。方法:分别利用酶联免疫吸附试验和速率法测定健康对照组130例和各类肾脏疾病114例的血清、尿OCT和尿肌酐(UCr)值。结果:健康对照组、肾肿瘤、肾病综合征、上尿路感染、急性肾小球肾炎组的血清OCT值分别为:0.12、0.68、2.35、6.45、144.22IU/L,它们的尿OCT/尿Cr比值分别为:21、133、118、143、371,肾脏疾病组的血清OCT及尿OCT/尿Cr分别显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。血清OCT与尿OCT/尿Cr诊断急性肾小球肾炎的敏感度分别为83%、87%,特异性分别为73%、75%。结论:血清OCT与尿OCT/尿Cr是诊断肾脏疾病的特异性指标,对肾脏疾病有较高诊断价值。Objective： To detect the value of OCT to diagnose kidney disease. Methods： 130 cases in control team,total disease 114 cases to measure their values of serum or urine OCT and urine Cr. Results： The average values of serum OCT of control, kidney neoplasm, dropsical nephritis, upper urinary tract infection, acute glomerulonephritis are respectively 0. 12, 0.68,2.35,6.45,144.22 IU/L, U OCT/U Cr of them are respectively 21,133,118,143,371, the values in acute glomerulonephritis are prominently higher than those in control teams（P〈0.05 ）. The sensitivity of serum OCT and U OCT/U Cr diagnosing glomerulonephritis are 83%, 87%,the specificity of them are 73%, 75%, respectively. Conclusion： Serum OCT and U OCT/U Cr is a specific guide line to diagnose acute glomerulonephritis, it can be used to diagnose most acute glomerulonephritis
