旋转DSA技术在脑血管造影中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨旋转DSA技术在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:采用日本岛津1250mACCD数字减影C臂X光机系统,对35例疑似颅内动脉瘤患者进行常规正侧位造影检查和旋转DSA检查,比较颅内动脉瘤的显示情况。结果:35例疑似患者中,经旋转DSA技术检出32例,且清晰显示瘤颈及载瘤血管与周围血管的关系;常规DSA检出27例,其中有9例动脉瘤的载瘤血管动脉与周围血管显示不清,6例瘤颈显示不清。结论:旋转DSA可清晰显示颅内动脉瘤瘤体、瘤颈及载瘤血管与周围血管关系,具有极高的临床应用价值。Objective： To study the application value of rotation digital subtraction angiography（DSA ）in the diagnosis of intracerebral aneurysms. Methods： Thirty-five patients with suspected intracerebral aneurysms underwent routine anteroposterior and lateral position angiography and rotation DSA with a Shimadzu 1 250 mA CCD DSA C arms X-ray system, and the demonstration rate of intracerebral aneurysms were compared. Results： Of the 35 patients, 32 were detected with intracerebral aneurysms by rotation DSA,with clear demonstation of the neck of aneurysms and the relationship between aneurysm-bearing artery and peripheral vessels; while only 27 patients were detected by routine DSA, and the relationship between aneurysm-bearing artery and peripheral vessels of 9 patients and the neck of aneurysms of 6 patients did not demonstrate clearly. Conclusion： Rotation DSA is of high clinical value, which can demonstrate clearly the body, neck of aneurysms and the relationshio between aneurysm-bearing artery and peripheral vessels.
