高、低淀粉玉米自交系淀粉结合蛋白的表达研究

摘　　要：以高、低淀粉玉米自交系为材料，主要通过SDS—PAGE电泳及Qualityone软件对SGAPs的动态表达进行了研究。研究表明在15～35DAP时，提取SGAPs的总量出现两头低中间高的趋势，并且在20—30DAP时达到稳定，高、低淀粉玉米自交系GBSsI蛋白的表达规律基本相同，但SBEⅡb、SSⅠ、zein蛋白表达差别很大。High - starch and Low- starch content maize inbreds have been used as experiment materials, whose starch granule - associated protein （SGAPs） dynamic expressions were researched by SDS - PAGE and Qualityone software. Our experiment results show that the SGAPs total quantity is high at middle filling period and low at early and later filling periods at 15 - 35 DAP, and reaches a stationary phase of maximal content at 20-30 DAP. The expressions of the GBSS I proteins of high - and low - starch maize inbreds are similar, however the expression models of SBE Ⅱ b, SSⅠ , and zein proteins are notable different between them.
