几种植物精油对赤拟谷盗成虫的熏蒸作用

摘　　要：在14.7μL/L的剂量下,测试了八角茴香油、高良姜油、臭椿油、留兰香油、艾蒿油、黄樟油、薄荷油、山苍子油、辣椒油、石菖蒲油、肉豆蔻油、姜黄油、广藿香油、香茅油和芥菜油等15种植物精油对赤拟谷盗Tribolium castaneum(Herbst)成虫的熏蒸活性,结果表明八角茴香油、高良姜油、臭椿油、留兰香油、艾蒿油和黄樟油等6种植物精油对赤拟谷盗成虫具有熏蒸活性,其中八角茴香油和高良姜油的效果较好。八角茴香油对赤拟谷盗成虫的熏蒸毒力测定结果表明,当熏蒸处理24、487、2 h时,其LC50值分别为14.39、7.44、7.03μL/L。高良姜油的测定结果表明,在24、487、2 h的熏蒸处理条件下,LC50值分别为25.48、17.93、15.79μL/L。At dosage of 14.7μL/L, the fumigant toxic effects of 15 species of essential oil vapour from lllicium verum , Alpinia officinarum , Ailanthu altissima , Mentha spicata , Artemisi princeps, Cinnamomum parthenoxylon , M. haplocalyx , Litsea cubeba , Capsicum annuum , Acorus tatarinowii , Myristica fragrans , Curcuma longa , Pogostemon cablin, Cymbopogon citratus and Brassic juncea on adults of Tribolium castaneum （ Herbst ） were studied. It is proved that the 6 essential oils from Illicium verum, Alpinia officinarum, Ailanthu ahissima, Mentha spicata, Artemisi princeps and Cinnamomum parthenoxylon have fumigation activity on adults of T. castaneum. And the effects of the essential oils of I. verum and A. officinarum are better than the others. The LCso of the pest fumigated by the essential oil of I. verum under exposure period of 24, 48 and 72 h is 14.39, 7.44 and 7.03μL/L, respectively. The LC50 of the pest fumigated by the essential oil of A. offwinarum for 24, 48 and 72 h is 25.48, 17.93, 15.79μL/L, respectively.
