摘　　要：强制性产品认证市场准入是政府为保护广大消费者人身和动植物生命安全,保护环境、保护国家安全,依照法律法规实施的一种审批制度,是国际通行的做法。无公害农产品认证是我国农产品质量安全工作的重要抓手,是保障消费安全的基本措施。适时开展强制性无公害农产品认证市场准入意义重大。该文结合我国当前农产品市场准入管理的现状,探讨实施强制性公害农产品认证市场准入的基本模式和关键措施,并提出了相关建议。Forced implementation of authentication market admittance for products is a examine and approve system to protect customers person safety and animal and plant safety. It can protect environment, national security, be implemented according to law and regulation. It is also an internationally vulgate modus operandi. Admittance of non--polluted agriculture products is an important part for the security of agriculture product quality and a basic measure to ensure the consumption safety. It is of great significance to carry out in time forced authentication market admittance for agriculture products. This paper combines the present management situation for market admittance of agriculture products; discusses about the basic pattern and key measurement for implementing forced authentication market admittance of non--polluted agriculture products; and puts forward relevant suggestions.
