摘　　要：承建企业的选择是动员型物流中心建设过程中的重要决策问题。在分析关键因素的基础上,构建了以动员型物流中心承建企业选择为目标层、以候选企业的综合能力、物流业务能力、可动员能力为准则层、若干一级指标和二级指标组成的动员型物流中心承建企业选择评价指标体系。The choice of candidate enterprises is an important issue in the process of building mobilization logistics center. The evaluation index system is made up of target layer, rule layers and other index. The comprehensive ability, logistics ability and mobilization ability are the rule layers. Some first layer index and secondary layer index constitute the whole evaluation index system.
