摘　　要：农村专业技术协会人力资本团队在新农村建设中发挥着重要的作用。文章利用湖北省荆州市、松滋市、潜江市、宜昌市及襄樊市的5个市(县)176户农户的调查数据,基于Probit模型对农村专业技术协会人力资本团队形成的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明:农村专业技术协会人力资本团队对年轻人的吸引力大,但对文化程度高的吸引力小;家庭平均收入高、农村专业技术协会的技术服务与其家庭主导农产品相一致的农户更愿意参加农村专业技术协会人力资本团队。因此,农村专业技术协会人力资本团队有必要进一步加强团队建设并促进当地主导产业的发展。The rural human capital team of rural technology association has played an important role in the construction of new countryside. Using the survey data of 176 households in 5 cities （Jingzhou City, Songzi City, Qianjiang City, Yichang City and Xiangfang City）, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of the formation of the rural human capital team of rural technology association by applying probit model. The findings are： The rural human capital team of rural technology association is more attractive to young people, and less attractive to more educated people; households with high average income whose main products coincide with the technological service of the rural technology association are more likely to take part in the rural human capital team of rural technology association. Therefore, it is necessary for the rural human capital team to strengthen its construction and motivate the development of key local industries.
