摘 要:结垢是火电厂循环冷却水运行过程中的主要问题之一,在高钙硬、高碱度、高浓缩倍数下运行时更为突出。近年来,黄河内蒙古段水质钙硬度和碱度很大,属于高结垢性水质。根据内蒙古地区以黄河水为循环水补给水电厂的实际情况,结合电厂循环水系统阻垢缓蚀剂开发的已有经验,复配出新型有机膦系复合配方水处理药剂。分别采用现有药剂和改进的新药剂对黄河内蒙古段发电厂常用的凝汽器管材进行循环水动态模拟试验,黄河水选用正常及恶化两种水样。结果表明,水质恶化时,使用高效药剂可以使其安全浓缩倍率增加为3.06倍,且在同样浓缩倍率下,污垢热阻值远低于用普通药剂的。研究表明,新药剂对恶化水质有明显的阻垢分散作用,能较好地满足现场运行的要求。This paper takes it as its target to introduce a new type of inhibitor made of organic phosphine compound and its effects on checking the scaling of tube materials through dynamic modeling experiments. As is known, sealing is one of the major troubles that has to be dealt with by the thermo-power plants with recycling water for power-generating cooling. On the condition of high content of hard calcium, alkalinity as well as high concentrated multiple-made, almost all the thermo-power generating plants in the western Inner Mongolia have to depend on the Yellow River water for cooling. Large amounts of reports and statistics on the water quality monitoring and survey data confirnl that, in recent years, water quality in the Yellow River has been seriously degenerated in the section of Inner Mongolia, and the water quality by the hard calcium and alkalinity has in turn brought serious negative effects on the smooth running of the power-generating plants in the area. Therefore, the power plants situated in the area have to absorb the previous plant circulating water system scales and study the corrosion-inhibiting development experiences. It is just for this purpose that we have worked out a new compound known as the organic phosphine to reduce the corrosion effect caused by the degenerating water. Our experiments have also shown that our new modified anti-fouling inhibitor succeeds in inhibiting the fouling process while the currently adopted ones fail to meet the inhibiting requirements. Through the dynamic simulation experiments, we have also found that the agent we have prepared can be made fully operated to meet the requirements of the antifouling treatment.
