代谢综合征患者血管内皮功能与氧化低密度脂蛋白的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨代谢综合征（MS）患者血管内皮功能与氧化低密度脂蛋白（OX-LDL）的关系。方法选择55例健康体检者为正常对照组，60例MS患者为MS组。同时检测2组血压、血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白水平，分别测其血管内皮功能及OX—LDL，计算体质指数、腰臀比。结果内皮依赖性血管舒张功能与总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及OX—LDL呈负相关（分别为r=-0．24、r=-0．26、r=-0．29及r=-0．73，P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈正相关（r=0．30，P〈0．05）。结论MS患者血管内皮功能损伤与OX-LDL升高有关。应对MS患者常规检测OX—LDL。Objective To investigate endothelial function and its association with oxidized low density lipoprotein（OX-LDL） in patients with metabolic syndrome （MS）. Methods Fifty-five healthy human were enrolled as normal control group and 60 MS patients as MS group. Blood pressure, glucose, lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin, endothelial function, OX-LDL, body mass index and waist hip ratio were collected and analyzed. Results Endothelium-dependent vasodilation was negatively related to total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and OX-LDL （r = -0.24, r = -0.26, r = -0.29 and r = -0.73, P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）, and was positively related to high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ r = 0.30, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Vascular endothelium injury is related to increased OX-LDL in patients with MS. OX-LDL should be measured as routine biochemical examinations clinically.
