摘　　要：目的:研究四君子汤总多糖提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定总多糖的含量,以提取温度、提取时间、提取次数、溶剂用量为4个因素,分别设计3个水平进行正交实验。结果:最佳工艺为15倍量水,95℃提取3h,共提取4次。结论:提取条件对四君子多糖的得率具有影响。Objective： To optimize the conditions of extraction for polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction. Methods： Total carbohydrate content was determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method, the extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and solvent volume were designed by an orthogonal test method. Results： It was optimal conditions that Sijunzi Decoction was extracted with hot water （W/V of 1：15） at 95℃ every 3 hours for 3 times. Conclusion： The yield of polysaccharide is influenced by extraction conditions.
