摘 要:目的:研究四君子汤总多糖提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定总多糖的含量,以提取温度、提取时间、提取次数、溶剂用量为4个因素,分别设计3个水平进行正交实验。结果:最佳工艺为15倍量水,95℃提取3h,共提取4次。结论:提取条件对四君子多糖的得率具有影响。Objective: To optimize the conditions of extraction for polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction. Methods: Total carbohydrate content was determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method, the extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times and solvent volume were designed by an orthogonal test method. Results: It was optimal conditions that Sijunzi Decoction was extracted with hot water (W/V of 1:15) at 95℃ every 3 hours for 3 times. Conclusion: The yield of polysaccharide is influenced by extraction conditions.
