复方莲紫汤对几种肺癌细胞增殖抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:观察复方莲紫汤对肺癌细胞体外增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法,观察不同浓度的复方莲紫汤分别作用24、48、72h,对3种人肺癌细胞(A549,NCL-H466,PGCL3)生长增殖的影响。结果:复方莲紫汤用药24、48、72h对3种肺癌细胞的生长增殖均有不同程度的抑制作用。复方莲紫汤作用72h对3种肺癌细胞株(A549,NCL-H466,PGCL3)的IC50分别是70.6、176.2、70.2mg/L。结论:复方莲紫汤能有效抑制肺癌细胞的体外增殖,并且呈时间依赖性和浓度依赖性。Objective： To observe the inhibition effect of Compound Zilian Decoction on proliferation of three kinds of lung cancer cell lines in vitro. Methods： After treatment of lung cancer cell lines （A549, NCL-H466 and SPCA-I） with various concentration Compound Zilian Decoction for 24, 48, and 72 hours, the proliferation capacity of ceils was observed by MTT. Results： After treated with Compound Zilian Decoction, the proliferation of these lung cancer cell lines were inhibited dif ferently. The IC50 treated after 72 h of A549, NCL-H466, PGCL3 was 70.6, 176.2, 70.2 mg/L. Conclusion： Compound Zilian Decoction could inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells effectively in a time- and dose-dependent manner.
