摘　　要：文章从交易成本的角度，分析了建立空间数据共享服务体系的可行性，认为图书情报机构在提供空间数据共享上具有一定的优势，它们能够提供空间数据服务所需的信息基础设施、专业化的人员队伍，并能提供集成化的资源服务，最后提出了空间数据共享服务系统的体系结构。Based on the theory of exchange cost, the paper deems that information institutions have the strength when they are a part of spatial data sharing system. They can afford the information infrastructure, professional people and integrated information resources services. Puts forward a fiamework of spatial data sharing system.
