药物联合局部热疗治疗难治性类风湿关节炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物联合局部热疗治疗难治性类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:6例常规治疗效果不佳的类风湿关节炎患者在常规药物治疗的基础上,联合局部热疗治疗,隔日1次,60分钟/次,共12次,并随访至3月,观察主要疗效指标疾病活动度评分,次要指标包括晨僵持续时间、疼痛关节数、肿胀关节数、血沉、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子等的变化情况。结果:3月后患者的疾病活动度评分、晨僵持续时间、疼痛关节数、肿胀关节数及血沉、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子的状况等指标明显优于治疗前,且均未见明显不良反应。结论:药物联合局部热疗治疗难治性类风湿关节炎的临床疗效好,不良反应少,是治疗难治性类风湿关节炎的安全有效的方法。Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of medication combined with local hyperthermia therapy in treatment of refractory rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：6 cases of rheumatoid arthritis with unsatisfactory result from routine treatment were enrolled in this study. The patients were treated with routine medication combined with local hyperthermia therapy, which lasts for an hour every other day for 12 times and were followed up to 3 mouths. The measurement of primary outcome was determined by scoring of disease activity. Other outcome measures included the duration of the morning stiffness, numbers of tender and swollen joints, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C - reaction protein and rheumatoid factor. Results：The above measurements of joints were significantly improved compared with the level before combined therapy, without observable side effects. Conclusion：Medication combined with local hyperthemia is effective and safe in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
