摘　　要：宝钢新建8号空分装置是国内首台自主集成的6万m3/h等级空分装置。以此套装置中的机械设备为描述对象,详细介绍它们的设计思路和配置特点;通过对已有的空分设备故障历史数据进行分析,总结空分设备潜在的失效模式,为此套空分装置中主要的几类机械设备提出了包括日常点检维护要点、解体检修要点和备件选购要点在内的维修策略建议。Baosteel＇ s newly built No. 8 air separation unit （ASU） is the first domestic integrated one classified as a unit of 60 000 m^3/h. The machinery equipments in this unit are described and their design and configuration characteristics are introduced in detail. The potential failure mode of the machinery equipments is deduced by analyzing the failure history of similar equipments in other ASUs. Finally some suggestions of daily maintenance, overhaul and spare parts purchasing are put forward in this paper.
