摘　　要：针对当前稳像火控系统平稳跟踪训练质量较差的现象,通过视频开发、图像处理、数据分析等手段,提取射手平稳跟踪时的瞄准信息,设计了一套对其跟踪质量进行量化评估的系统;软件系统采用两层结构,前端实现界面管理,后端实现对图像的处理和数据分析及成绩评估;系统操作简便,软件界面友好,实现了对平稳跟踪质量的量化评估,对装甲部队射击训练有较大的使用价值。Nowadays, the purpose of steady tracking for image-stabilization FCS is very bad. Based on analysis of picture operation and data operation, we can pick out the aiming information of the firer, so we can design a system to evaluate the steady tracking. The whole system is under the principle of easily operation, friendly interface, agility, practicality and safety. System is of the two layers structure that the front manages the interface, and the background of the system can carry out the data. The whole system can evaluate the steady tracking, and has some value for firing practice.
