摘　　要：针对众多网络化低成本的数据采集需求,利用混合信号微处理器C8051F340和以太网控制器CP2200,设计了一款多功能低成本的以太网接口数据采集器;该数据采集器具有四种工作模式,既可与PC机LabVIEW图形化人机界面软件进行TCP通信,交互数据,又可脱离以太网独立运行于工业现场;该数据采集器具有结构简单、功能多样、设置方便、体积小巧、成本低廉等特点,可满足众多工业对低成本和网络化数据采集器的需要,并已成功用于工业现场。Aimed at the need of network and low cost data acquisition, a multifunctional and economical data acquisition device is designed based on C8051 F340 which is a mixed-signal microcontroller and CP2200 which is an Ethernet controller chip. The data acquisition device has four operating mode. It can transfer data with the software of LabVIEW graphical man-machine interfaces by TCP communication. It can be out of Ethemet and be solely run a long time in industrial field. Its characters such as simple structure, multifunction, convenient setting, little volume and low cost are exhibited. It can satisfy many industrial needs for low cost and the function of network, and it has been used in industry field.
