摘　　要：“融资租赁”被《建筑机械》杂志选为2008年的年度关键词．这对融资租赁业界是一个不小的鼓舞。现在，厂商租赁在我国已成气候，而建筑工程机械的厂商租赁公司以其规模和数量在我国厂商租赁中独占熬头，这一事实既值得建筑工程机械业界关注．又值得融资租赁业界深思。Based on reviewing the development of financial leasing industry in China,this article introduces the status quo of it, including the financial leasing companies' nu in her. scale and their various classification;then analysis leasing compa-nies and that in construction machinery industry: and finally makes some suggestions lor performance statistics of financial leasing.
