摘　　要：流媒体课件是适于基于Web远程教学的新型课件。该类课件包含教师授课的音频流、视频流、屏幕流、文字等多种媒体信息,并按照合理的时间顺序组合起来,构成情景交融的多媒体交互环境,给学习者以全方位的学习感受。流媒体课件具有实时流式传输的特征,适合开放式的网络教学的需要。流媒体课件制作管理和学习平台的出现,减少了课件制作与维护的精力,并降低了其成本。因此,研究基于Web远程教学课件及其应用具有重要的理论意义和应用价值,它更符合现代的教育理论和教学要求。Streaming media courseware is new-style courseware, which is fit for Web-based distance-education. It includes information of media, video and screen in class, which makes students feel as if they are studying with teacher in class. Streaming media courseware has feature of real-time stream and fits to network teaching. Streaming media courseware product and management system has reduced energies and cost in producing courseware. So the research of Web-based teaching eourseware and application on distance-education is significances of theory and values of application. It fits to modern educational theory and need.
