摘　　要：在总结传统图书馆服务体系问题的基础上,从确立服务理念、整合知识资源、创新服务模式和更新组织结构等方面构建以学科馆员为核心的高校图书馆服务体系,探索基于学科馆员的核心服务体系的长效机制。This article summerized up the traditional system of library services on the basis of the establishment of the service concept,the integration of knowledge resources,innovation and service delivery model and update the organizational structure,in order to build a subject librarian-oriented university library services system,to explore the subject librarian-oriented service system of long-term mechanism.
