博客在深化高校图书馆学科馆员工作中的作用

摘　　要：阐述了学科馆员工作的意义、起源和发展现状,针对目前学科馆员工作的不足从博客的特征出发,探讨了其在学科馆员工作中应用的可行性。进而,从提升学科馆员素质、丰富信息资源、虚拟用户学习几方面提出了利用博客深化学科馆员工作的建议。Based on an account of the significance,origin and present development of the work of subject librarian,inadequacy of the present work of the subject librarian has been discovered.Accordingly,the feasibility of the application of blog into the librarian＇s work has been explored with a brief review of the basic features of blog.Some proposals have been given in respect of enhancing the subject librarian＇s qualification,enriching information resource and enlarging users＇ virtual learning.It is concluded that the application of blog can enhance the work of subject librarian in university library.
