摘　　要：本文针对数字资源长期保存的两个非技术因素——成本和管理因素,探讨了这两个因素对数字资源长期保存的影响。说明了在数字资源长期保存中需要注意的有关成本和管理方面的一些问题。This article discussed the two non-technical factors of the digital resources preservation,that was,cost and management factors,it explained the influence of the the two factors.And Showed that attention should be paid to the costs and management problems in the long-term preservation of digital resources.
